Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a change of mind, unless otherwise required by law. This restriction does not affect any rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent an incorrect item or the item arrived defective or damaged, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where required by law or when applicable to a shipping or fulfillment error.
If you need a different size or eligible replacement, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when helpful. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
